Have you ever made an achievement in Need for Speed or you defeated Ginpachi perfectly in Tekken and want to show this to your friends? Or want to show your CXMB to your MSN buddy? What will you do? In PC you would simply press Print Screen butoon but what do do when you are on a PSP? Well, this is simple enough. This guide will teach you to take screenshot of your PSP’s screen.

Requirements:
A Fat or Slim PSP with custom firmware. (Don’t know if this works on PSP 3000 Series.)
A data cable for your PSP.
Files needed to take screenshot. Click here to download (Password: jawad)

Procedure:
1. Download file.

2.Extract it anywhere in your PC. There will be a folder name “Screen Capture”. Open it and you will find a folder name “seplugins”

3. Now connect your PSP to your PC via data cable.

4. Now look at root of memory stick that. Is there any folder named “seplugins”? If no then go to step 5. If yes then go to step 6.

5. Copy seplugins folder to root of memory stick.( Go to step 7)

6. Open seplugins folder you downloaded. Copy “screenshotbmp.prx” to seplugins folder in root of memory stick. Now if there are not any text documents there then just copy paste files “pops”, ”vsh” and “game” from my file to the seplugings folder in root of your memory stick. If there are already “pops”, “vsh” and “game” files then copy “ms0:/seplugins/screenshotbmp.prx” and paste in every file (vsh, game and pops only) in your seplugins folder.

7. Now fully turn off your PSP. Now press and hold R button and turn on the PSP. You will see a menu called “Recovery Mode”. Now go to plugins and enable everything there. Now exit from recovery mode.

Now whenever you want to take screenshot just press “music note” button. This screenshot will store in “PHOTO” folder. You can view these screenshots from PSP in Photo Menu.
