If your system is taking too much time to boot, then you need to stop some programs to run at startup. To do this press Windows + R, and type "msconfig" (without qoutes) and then you will be asked to run as Administrator, Click continue. A new window will appear then click on Startup,
and uncheck all unneccessary programs which you dont need at startup. Settings will take effect upon restart. You may umcheck programs like PowerISO, RealPlayer, Limewire they are eating your resources unneccessary, only start them when you need it. Next time you restart those programs will not be started and you will notice considerable less startup time.
